HOW OFTEN SHOULD I GET A FACIAL?
Here at Flawless Visage & Image Consultancy, we recommend to our clients that it is more beneficial to have a facial every 4-6 weeks; to keep your skin looking healthy. We would also suggest to clients that the home care is also important to maintaining healthy looking skin. This can be achieved by following 5 simple steps: cleanse, exfoliate, tone, mask, and moisturise. We also advise our clients of the importance of products containing SPF30 and above their foundation and moisturisers . However, if you’re suffering from oily skin it is best to use an oil free moisturiser with sunscreen.
WHY DO I NEED FACIALS?
Having regular facials will decrease your chances of having to “dish out” money for expensive procedures later on in life. Day to day as our skin gets battered by the sun exposure, air pollution, climate change, etc it is advisable that having a professionally done facial routine will improve your skin tone, texture and elasticity. Instead of looking at it as a luxury and/or pampering, think of it as a relaxing and gratifying experience that your skin would thank you for later.
WHAT ARE SOME OF THE BENEFITS OF HAVING A FACIAL?
Having regular facials will help increase circulation and stimulate the skin. They can also help slow down premature aging and drastically improve conditions such as acne, large pores, redness and Rosacea (adult acne). DO YOU DO FACIALS FOR MEN TOO?
Most men are very hesitant when it comes to having facials. Actually 2/10 men have never had a facial before. Most men would not even consider a home facial routine as they are quite happy to use a bar of soap of whatever they pick up at the store to cleanse their skin. Here at Flawless Visage & Image Consultancy Ltd, we include our men (of course) and would recommend the Men’s Fitness Facial. We believe in taking care of our Men too and they should try to get regular facials as they produce more oil due to high testosterone levels; the skin is more damaged from the sun and larger pores. Having facials would lead to smoother shaves and less facial bumps. A gentle moisturizer to help prevent irritation after a shave is always advisable.
CAN I APPLY MAKEUP RIGHT AFTER A FACIAL?
We would advise our clients to wait a few hours after a facial before applying makeup. Wait a little while before you start your regular makeup routine to give your flawless skin the chance to rest and reap the full benefits of your facial. Makeup normally contains alcohol and a wide range of chemicals, and applying it immediately after exfoliating your face and cleansing your pores could cause irritation.
WHAT STEPS CAN I TAKE AT HOME TO IMPROVE MY SKIN?
Follow these four simple basic steps at home to maintain a healthy looking skin: 1) Cleanse 2) Exfoliate 3) Tone and 4) Moisturise depending on the skin type. This will be discussed further at your initial Consultation.
IF I AM GETTING MARRIED OR IF I HAVE A BIG EVENT, WHEN SHOULD I HAVE A FACIAL?
For Brides and Grooms or anyone with a special event, facials will guarantee you radiant skin for your special day! Speak to one of our in- house skin care therapists for a customized facial plan to ensure you achieve glowing results.
We also offer a Gold Elite package that includes 3 personalised facial treatments and a complimentary face, neck and shoulder massage.
WILL I BE COVERED DURING MY MASSAGE SESSION?
You will be properly covered or draped at all times to keep you warm and comfortable. Only the area being worked on will be exposed. No areas will be exposed without your consent. You should always let your therapist know if you are uncomfortable for any reason during your massage session.
MUST I BE COMPLETELY UNDRESSED?
You should undress to your desired level of comfort and also depending on the type of Massage Treatment you are booked in for. For instance if a you have booked in for our Holistic Back Neck & Shoulder you will only need to undress the upper half of your body in comparison to if you’re booked on to our Body Massage where your would be required to be completely undressed, leaving only your undergarments or with the use of our disposable underwear. You will undress and dress in private and will be securely covered by a blanket and a sheet/large towel during your massage session.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I RECEIVE A MASSAGE?
For those who use massage as preventative care or to manage daily stress, one massage a month is common. Weekly sessions may be desirable if you are receiving massage for injury relief or to relieve chronic tightness that is interfering with your daily life. There are many people who incorporate massage therapy at least twice a month for optimal therapeutic relief.
WHAT DOES A MASSAGE THERAPIST LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION MEAN?
A license means that a massage therapist has met the requirements and paid the fee to legally practice massage in your city, county and/or state. To obtain a license, a massage therapist will usually have to complete a minimum number of training hours at an accredited or accepted school or training center.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN SESSION TIME?
Our massage sessions consists of the consultation, massage treatment, time for you to dress/undress and aftercare. This is done to ensure each and every massage session you receive from us, meets or exceeds your expectations.
DO I NEED TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT IN ORDER TO SHOP WITH YOU?
No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest everytime.

HOW DO I ORDER?
Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.
I AM HAVING PROBLEMS ADDING ITEMS TO MY CART!
You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart hence the status of the items is reflected as “Temporarily Unavailable”.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDERS?
We have put things in place to ensure our website is a secure platform to accept payments in a secure method via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.
WHATS OUR CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY?
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on treatments are unable to cancel an order on products once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimise errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.
I HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE, HOW CAN I USE IT?
Key in the voucher code at the field “Voucher Code” and click “Add” in your Shopping Cart page before proceeding to check out. Please note that we are unable to manually apply the voucher code to your order if you have missed keying it during check out. Kindly ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase.
HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN CONFIRMED?
After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
All orders will be processed within 3 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Time stated is based on Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) or British Summer Time (BST).
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
The Royal Mail delivery time frame is approximately 3 working days and the Express courier is approximately 2 working days from the time of placing your order. This is applicable only to all UK deliveries. For all international deliveries, the time taken is dependent on our logistics partners and their affiliates.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with Royal Mail, with your Tracking Number for all UK deliveries.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES LIKE?
Shipping is £3.99 for all UK deliveries via Standard courier. For international deliveries, you may select your item and proceed to the check out page as charges are based on weight and volume. Upon entering your delivery details, we will auto calculate the delivery charges based on your given address without the need for payment or registration.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN CONFIRMED?
Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your order is confirmed. Therefore, please ensure you provide the correct shipping address.

WILL THERE BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR RE-DELIVERY?
There are no additional charges for redelivery up to two times. It is chargeable on the third attempt onwards.
